Carbon Powered L.L.C — Terms, Disclaimers & Customer Acknowledgment

Effective As of May 2026

Please carefully review the following terms before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, requirements, disclaimers, and conditions listed below.

1. Production Timelines

1.1 Estimated Production Times

·         All production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

·         Full Leather or Full Alcantara: approximately 7–12 business days

·         Standard Carbon Fiber (Gloss Finish): approximately 10–15 business days

·         Forged Carbon Fiber: approximately 15–20 business days

1.2 Production Delays

·         Production times may vary depending on selected materials, steering wheel configuration, production volume, supplier availability, holidays, shipping carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

2. Shipping & Client Confirmation

2.1 Free Shipping

·         All orders include free shipping after production and customer confirmation.

·         Estimated shipping time: approximately 3–5 business days.

2.2 Photo & Video Confirmation

·         Prior to shipment, Carbon Powered L.L.C will provide photos and/or videos of the completed product to the customer’s email address and/or phone number for approval.

2.3 Customer Approval Requirement

·         Orders will not be shipped until the customer confirms approval of the provided photos/videos.

2.4 Post-Delivery Cosmetic Concerns

·         Once the customer approves the completed product shown in the provided photos/videos prior to shipment, Carbon Powered L.L.C is not responsible for cosmetic concerns that were visible before shipment.

·         However, all concerns will still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with an open-minded and unbiased approach.

3. Installation Requirement

3.1 Professional Installation Required

·         Professional installation is mandatory for all products sold by Carbon Powered L.L.C.

·         Installation must be performed by a qualified automotive technician or professional automotive workshop.

3.2 Self-Installation Prohibited

·         Self-installation is strictly prohibited.

·         By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they will not attempt self-installation and that Carbon Powered L.L.C is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modification after delivery.

4. OEM Components / Airbag / Electronics

4.1 Components Not Included

·         Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Carbon Powered L.L.C does not provide functional airbags, airbag modules, or OEM electronic components.

4.2 OEM Component Transfer

·         During installation, the customer’s professional installer must transfer the original OEM components from the factory steering wheel onto the customized steering wheel.

·         These OEM components may include buttons, electronics, airbag components, heating modules, vibration modules, and other factory-installed systems.

5. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

5.1 Cancellation Requests

·         Cancellation requests submitted within approximately 24–48 hours of payment will be reviewed and accommodated free of charge when possible.

·         Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations requested after production has started may only be available with a fee to help cover material, labor, and production loss.

5.2 Returns

·         Due to the highly customized and built-to-order nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted, as customized steering wheel configurations can be extremely difficult to resell.

·         However, if a customer no longer wishes to keep their product, Carbon Powered L.L.C may allow the product to be returned on a consignment-style basis.

5.3 Consignment Return Process

·         The customer may send the product back to Carbon Powered L.L.C.

·         Carbon Powered L.L.C will attempt to resell the product to a future buyer.

·         Once the product is successfully resold, the original customer will receive the resale amount collected, excluding shipping costs, payment processing fees, marketplace fees, and any other related expenses.

·         Carbon Powered L.L.C does not guarantee a resale timeline, resale value, or successful resale of returned customized products.

5.4 Serious Issues

·         In the event of a serious issue, Carbon Powered L.L.C will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full or partial refund where appropriate.

6. Warranty & Liability Limitation

6.1 Product Inspection

·         All products are inspected prior to shipment and packaged securely to help prevent shipping damage.

6.2 Shipping Damage / Manufacturing Defects

·         Any shipping damage or manufacturing defect must be reported immediately upon delivery.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

·         Carbon Powered L.L.C is not responsible for improper installation, improper use, vehicle damage, airbag system issues, electrical issues, personal injury, or accidents or loss occurring after installation or use of the product.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

7.1 Agreement

·         By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and understood all terms, policies, installation requirements, disclaimers, and conditions of sale.
