Every steering wheel is handcrafted through an advanced 12-step production process, ensuring precision, durability, and luxury-level craftsmanship. A 3D scan of the OEM wheel is used for molding and shaping, followed by in-car test fitting to ensure perfect alignment and fitment.

Customize your steering wheel with options including 3K carbon fiber (twill or forged), leather or Alcantara grips, top center stripe, colored stitching, flat-bottom or fully reshaped profiles, and more.

Yes, all carbon fiber items listed for sale on Carbon Powered are made from genuine 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber. Each product is manufactured using either a traditional wet layup method or a more advanced pre-impregnated (pre-preg) dry layup process to ensure high strength, lightweight performance, and a premium finish.

How Long Is The Production Time?

Unless In-Stock, each order takes 8-20 business days to complete, depending on the item, and our current order volume. At Carbon Powered, we follow a detailed, hands-on production process to ensure the highest quality. Every product goes through the following 12 meticulous steps:

Carbon Fiber Cloth Preparation → Mold Closure → Initial Quality Inspection → Vacuum Sealing or Autoclave → Edge Trimming → Secondary Quality Inspection → Hydraulic Grinding → Air Molding → Detailed Quality Inspection → Clear Coat Spraying → Polishing → Final Quality Inspection

Do you offer free shipping? How long does it take?

Yes! At Carbon Powered, we offer FREE expedited shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 days, through UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and the item.

If your order takes longer than expected to produce, we’ll automatically upgrade you to expedited 3–4 day shipping, at no extra cost. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Do These Products Come With Warranty?

As Of May, 2025:

Yes, we offer a warranty on all our products covering any manufacturing defects, damages before delivery, or if the item does not fit as specified on our end. We take meticulous photos, videos, and conduct thorough quality inspections before shipping every order to ensure it meets our high standards.

Important: The product must be returned in its original, uninstalled condition for the warranty to apply. Once any attempt at installation is made, the item is considered altered, and the warranty will no longer cover it.

If the product is defective or does not fit due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, damage caused by improper installation, user mishandling, or modifications after delivery is not covered under warranty.
