Production Phase
Your wheel goes through a multi-step production process, crafting the exact wheel you built on the configurator.
Quality Check
We send you photos/videos of the product to confirm, after that we begin a thorough quality check to ensure everything is perfect.
Shipped Free
After Steps 1-3 We Send Out Your Wheel Via UPS For Free. This 3-5 Business Day Free Shipping Also Includes Insurance.

No, at Carbon Powered we will always provide a new customized steering wheel.
To keep overall prices lower, our steering wheels are supplied without buttons, electronic components, or a functional airbag module. (Please contact us if you need new buttons/electronics) During professional installation, your technician will transfer the original factory components from your existing steering wheel onto your new customized unit, ensuring full functionality is retained.
Yes, all carbon fiber items listed for sale on Carbon Powered are made from Genuine Japanese Imported Carbon Fiber.
The following timelines are estimates based on previous orders, and may vary due to our order quantity: - Full Leather/Alcantara: ~7-12 Business Days - Standard Carbon Fiber: ~10-15 Business Days - Forged Carbon Fiber Wheels: ~15-17 Business Days Our thorough process is what allows us to deliver premium products with exceptional finish, strength, and consistency.
Yes! At Carbon Powered, we offer FREE expedited shipping on all orders after production is completed. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 Business Days through UPS. Even if your order takes longer than expected to produce, we'll automatically upgrade you to expedited UPS shipping at no extra cost.
As Of May, 2026: Yes, we offer a door-to-door warranty on all our products covering any manufacturing defects, damages before delivery, or if the item does not fit as specified on our end. We document all orders with meticulous photos, videos, and conduct thorough quality inspections before shipping. Important: Once Your Automotive Professional starts installation, the warranty ends.
This product is NOT designed for DIY installation. Due to the complexity and safety systems involved, installation must be performed by a qualified automotive professional.
As of May, 2026: Cancellation: Requests submitted within approximately 24-48 hours of payment may be accommodated free of charge when possible. Orders already in production may be subject to cancellation fees. Returns: Carbon Powered L.L.C may allow consignment-style returns, where the product is returned and resold to a future buyer. Once resold, the customer will receive the resale amount collected, excluding shipping and related fees.
